Redemption proceeds are credited to your registered bank account within T+1 to T+3 business days as per the scheme's terms.

4.2 Digital Products & Paid Courses

If Universal Money Mart offers any paid digital products (study materials, courses, templates) in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

4.3 Infinity Cooling System (AC Services)

For AC services provided by Infinity Cooling System (GST: 29AOAPV4190E1ZQ):

• Service not performed: Full refund of any advance payment if service could not be performed due to our fault
• Service quality issue: If the same issue recurs within the 90-day warranty period, the service will be re-performed at no charge (not a cash refund)
• Parts replaced: Genuine parts fitted cannot be refunded once installed. Warranty on parts as per manufacturer specifications
• Customer-cancelled service: If you cancel after technician has reached your location, a visit charge of ₹250 applies

5.2 Commission Disclosure

Universal Money Mart earns trail commission from AMCs for mutual fund investments made through our ARN (288927). This commission is paid by the AMC from the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) and does not represent an additional charge to investors. The commission varies by scheme type:

• Equity funds: Approximately 0.5–1.0% per annum on AUM
• Debt funds: Approximately 0.1–0.5% per annum on AUM
• Liquid/Overnight funds: Very low or nil commission

5.3 Conflict of Interest

While trail commission creates an inherent conflict of interest (we earn more if you invest more and stay invested longer), our philosophy is to recommend schemes based on investor suitability rather than commission rates. We do not recommend schemes based on higher commission alone.
