Like most people in India, I grew up hearing about "mutual funds" without really understanding them. Bank RD, post office savings, LIC policies — these were the "safe" options everyone around me relied on. Nobody in my family had invested in mutual funds. Nobody could explain what SIP really meant.
That confusion frustrated me. I began researching financial products — reading books, watching videos, consulting professionals. The more I learned, the more I realized one critical gap: quality financial education in Tamil was almost non-existent. Most content was either in English (inaccessible to many Tamil speakers) or overly complicated. Everyday working people in Tamil Nadu were being left behind.

I enrolled for the NISM Series V-A certification, passed it, and registered as an AMFI-certified Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 288927). But more importantly, I committed to a mission: make financial education genuinely accessible to every Tamil-speaking Indian.
