Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making any purchase.
1. Digital Course Purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, all course purchases made on Universal Money Mart are non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review course details carefully before purchasing.
2. Duplicate Payment
In case of accidental duplicate payments, users must notify us within 7 days. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Consultation Booking Cancellation
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to inform within this period may result in forfeiture of booking fees (if applicable).
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests under exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The final decision rests with Universal Money Mart.
